Direct booking

What the guest sees

Your property, not a template

Your photo, description, amenities and policy, on a mobile-friendly page with no account to create.

The same rate engine

It prices through the engine the desk uses, so the page and the front desk can never quote different numbers.

Stays and activities in one flow

A guest can add a guided hike to their stay without a second checkout.

A link and an embed

Share the link, or embed the page in the site you already have.

Channels

The channel structure is built

Per-channel connection settings, room-type mapping, rate offsets, a sync log, and an event-driven push that fires whenever availability or rates change.

Room-type mapping and rate offsets

Set what each channel sells and at what offset from your own rates, per channel.

Event-driven pushes

Inventory and rates push automatically whenever availability or rates change, rather than on a timer that leaves a gap.

Commission modelled by who collects

Who collects the guest's money is a per-channel setting. A hotel-collect channel invoices you commission monthly; a merchant-model channel charges the guest, keeps its cut and remits net. Conflating those either chases a guest for money they already paid or zeroes a folio they genuinely owe.

Amenities resolved, never guessed

You type amenities in plain language and each is resolved against a 63 key canonical vocabulary. Matched amenities can sync and carry a French label and an icon. Unmatched ones are labelled as showing on your booking page only, which is a legitimate outcome and never guessed into a feed.

Direct connections to specific OTAs are being certified now and are not live yet. The mapping, offsets, sync log and push are built and working; nothing currently reaches Booking.com or Expedia. Do not plan around a channel being connected, and do not take a website's word for where one stands.

The notification list

Name the channel that decides it for you

We would rather know which connection your property is actually waiting on than guess at an order. Tell us and you get two emails: where that channel stands today, and the day it connects. No date in between, because that queue is not ours to schedule.

Two emails, both about this one thing. Nothing else.

An unrecognized amenity says it shows on your booking page only. Software that guesses is software you have to double-check, and then what was it for?

Questions

Asked and answered

Do I get a direct booking page?

Yes. Hosted, no login for the guest, mobile-friendly, showing your photos, description, amenities and policy. It prices through the same rate engine the desk uses and writes a real reservation. Commission-free.

Can guests book activities online?

Yes, on the same page as the stay.

Do you connect to Booking.com and Expedia?

Channel management is built in. You map your room types, set per-channel rate offsets, and inventory pushes automatically whenever availability or rates change, with a sync log. Direct connections to specific OTAs are being certified now. Ask us to add you to the notification list.

Do you track OTA commission?

Yes, and it is modelled properly. Who collects the guest's money is a per-channel setting, because it changes everything: a hotel-collect channel invoices you commission monthly, while a merchant-model channel charges the guest, keeps its cut and remits net. Conflating those either chases a guest for money they already paid or zeroes a folio the guest genuinely owes.

What about amenities for OTA listings?

You type them in plain language. The system resolves each against a canonical vocabulary. Matched ones can sync and carry a French label and an icon, unmatched ones are honestly labelled as showing on your booking page only. That is why you do not fill in a 200 item checklist here.
