For glamping and unique stays

You are not selling a bed, and your software should know that

A dome, a safari tent and a treehouse are not room types with better photography. The stay is one part of what a guest buys, the season is short, and the margin lives in what happens between check-in and check-out.

The differences that matter

What a unique-stay property needs

Your units keep their own names

Accommodation types are unlimited and arbitrary. A geodesic dome, a canvas tent on a platform and a converted silo each carry their own rate, their own capacity and their own cleaning time, without being forced into a room-number scheme.

The experience is on the same folio

A guided sunrise paddle, a sauna slot and a firewood bundle post to the stay the guest is already on and settle once, at the end. No second booking system, no second payment, no reconciling two reports that disagree.

Three ways to schedule what you sell

Inventory for equipment you own a fixed number of, time slots for a session at 9 and again at 2, and hourly for something rented by the hour. Each model sets its own capacity cap and pricing formula.

Packages priced four ways

Per stay, per night, per person, or per person-night. A two night dome escape for two with breakfast and a guided hike bills correctly at the desk, with the tax carved out of the blended price per component.

Non-staying guests can still buy

Someone who is not staying with you can book and pay for an experience. Several bookings in one session share one folio and one settlement, which matters when the sauna and the paddle sell to the village as well as to the tents.

A short season carries the year

Rate plans hold season windows and minimum stays, and the forecast shows what is already on the books for every date ahead. On a sixteen week season, the shoulder weeks are the entire argument.

Cleaning a canvas tent and cleaning a cabin are not the same job or the same duration. Cleaning time is set per accommodation type, so the staffing forecast is arithmetic on your numbers rather than an average of somebody else's.

Selling direct

The booking page sells the experience, not only the night

Stays and experiences in one flow

The hosted booking page sells both, priced through the same rate engine the desk uses, so what the guest is quoted online is what the folio says when they arrive.

Zero commission on what comes direct

There is no per-booking cut on a direct reservation. For a property whose whole year is a few hundred nights, that difference is not a rounding error.

A deposit stays a liability until the stay

A deposit taken in January for an August stay is reported as a liability until the stay happens, and it stops being one night by night as the guest stays. Your books do not tell you that January was your best month.

A team hired the week you open

The Control Deck generates the day's work and walks it guest by guest. A property that hires its whole team the week it opens cannot afford software that takes two weeks to learn.

The stay is what fills the calendar. What happens during it is what the guest tells people about.

Questions

Asked and answered

Do you handle activities and rentals?

Yes, as a first-class part of the system rather than an add-on. Three scheduling models cover most of what small properties sell: inventory (canoes, bikes), time slots (a guided hike at 9 and 2), and hourly (a kayak by the hour). Activities booked for an in-house guest go on their room folio and settle at check-out.

Can guests book activities online?

Yes, on the same page as the stay.

How do I sell a package that is per person, per night?

That is one of the four pricing bases: per stay, per night, per person, per person-night. Breakfast for two over three nights bills six, correctly, with no arithmetic at the desk. You can also choose which day a package starts, so added on day two of a four-night stay it bills two mornings.

I run a lodge with cabins and campsites. Two systems?

No. Divisions let one property hold a hotel wing and a campground side by side, filtered independently on the board but sharing one guest database, one ledger and one set of books.

Can I have different rates for different seasons and companies?

Yes. Date windows, seasons, minimum stay, daily, weekly or monthly cadence, restricted to a company account, or unlocked by a rate code.

How long does it take to train someone?

The system generates the day's work and walks staff through it one guest at a time, so the first shift is productive. There is contextual guidance on every field a first-timer would not know, and the software surfaces its own capabilities as staff encounter them rather than requiring a training manual.

What if I do not know what a field means?

Every field a first-timer cannot be expected to know carries a small (i), right beside the field, with a plain-language note: what a lodging tax applies to, what a minimum stay does to a rate, what a scheduling model is for an activity. The note is written for somebody who has never run a property, and it is the same voice in configuration, at the folio and in the manager's reports.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes, and it is in the price rather than a line on an onboarding order. Guests and reservations come across by CSV, and we do the first pass with you on a call using your real rooms and rates. The same door works outward: CSV exports and a full JSON backup of everything, self-serve, whenever you want them.
