Your booking contract is with the property, not with us. Cardinal Operating Systems Inc. provides the software the property uses to take and manage the booking.

Rates, taxes, deposit and cancellation terms are set by the property and shown to you before you confirm. The property's cancellation policy governs changes and refunds.

If something is wrong with your reservation or your stay, contact the property directly - they hold the booking and the money.

Where you pay online, your card is processed by Stripe. The property sets the price, takes the money and issues your receipt; the property's cancellation and refund terms apply.

We never see or store your full card number. What is kept is the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date, so the property can recognise which card was used.

Please use this page only to make a genuine booking, and give accurate information - the property relies on it to hold your room and to reach you.

We aim to keep the booking page available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If it is down, the property can still take your booking directly.

Your booking, your money and your stay are the property's responsibility, not ours. We provide the software the property uses; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the property's acts or omissions, for its rates, policies or availability, or for a stay that does not meet your expectations.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
