Welcome to Cardinal! This short guide gives you the lay of the land so you know where everything lives.

The main areas

Cardinal is organised into the areas you'll switch between every day:

• Reservation Book - your live grid (and list) of every unit and stay.
• Activities & Shop - sell activities, products, and packages.
• Housekeeping - room status and the cleaning forecast.
• Analytics - occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and the daily report.
• Revenue Control - set up your units, rates, activities, and channels.

Everything shares the same underlying data, so a change in one area shows up everywhere instantly. Move a stay in the Reservation Book and housekeeping, the folio, and your reports all update together.

Getting set up

If you're brand new, start with Setting up your property to add your units and rates. From there you'll be ready to take your first booking.

Tip: You can switch the whole interface between English and French from the account menu - handy for bilingual teams and guests.
